Cancellation

Refund of the registration fee, less a 20% administrative charge, may be applied until 25 April.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Refunds are settled after the meeting.

The Official dinner will be held on Thursday, 26 May in Marítim restaurant (Moll d’Espanya 4, 08039 Barcelona). In order to guarantee your ticket it is necessary to book it previously in the online registration form.

No transfer service available.
